Andrew Eljdid
Founder & Lead Educator, Fulcrum Leadership Academy
Andrew Eljdid is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and award-winning educator who spent several years teaching leadership and psychology at the United States Military Academy at West Point. While there, he was honored with the prestigious Apgar Award for Excellence in Teaching, one of West Point’s highest recognitions for instructional impact and innovation.
Throughout his career, Andrew has led high-performing teams and developed leaders—from commanding soldiers in combat zones to designing and teaching one of the Army’s flagship leadership courses. As an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership and instructor for PL300: Military Leadership, he developed dozens of original teaching tools, immersive leadership scenarios, and reflective experiences that helped cadets connect theory to real-life leadership challenges.
Now, through Fulcrum Leadership Academy, Andrew brings this proven approach to students and professionals—helping them build character, critical thinking, and the resilience to lead with authenticity. These skills are at the heart of what he teaches today. He believes that when we shift the fulcrum of learning and inspiration earlier in life, even small adjustments can lead to profound results later on—both for individuals and the communities they go on to lead.
